Four Pea Stir-Fry



Makes: 4 servings

  • 1 tablespoon canola oil

  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon bottled crushed garlic

  • 1 cup snow peas

  • 1 cup frozen sugar snaps, thawed

  • 1 cup frozen early peas, thawed

  • 1⁄4 cup wasabi peas, lightly crushed

  • 1 tablespoon diced pimientos

  • 2 tablespoons stir-fry sauce




In a large skillet, heat canola oil and sesame oil over medium-high heat. Stir in garlic. Add all peas and pimientos. Cook and stir until peas and pimientos are tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in stir-fry sauce and serve.
