1 (13.8-ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust, Pillsbury®
1⁄4 cup pizza sauce, Ragu®
1⁄3 cup mini pepperoni, Hormel®
1⁄3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preheat oven to 425°. Lightly spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Unroll pizza dough on prepared baking sheet. Brush with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
Roll up dough, jelly-roll fashion, and sprinkle with Parmesan, if desired. Slice with serrated knife into 12 equal portions, and place slices on prepared baking sheet with sides touching.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until puffed and browned. Remove from pan, and let cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
