Makes: 1 dozen
1 cup small watercress sprigs
1 tablespoon Caesar dressing, Newman’s Own®
2 teaspoons agave nectar*, Domino®
12 prosciutto slices
12 thin Parmesan cheese slices
12 fresh peach slices
In a small bowl, toss together watercress, dressing, and nectar.
On a flat work surface, fold 1 prosciutto slice in half lengthwise. Top with 1 piece of cheese, 1 small piece of watercress, and 1 peach slice; roll up. Repeat with remaining prosciutto, cheese, watercress, and peaches. Serve immediately.
