Artichoke-Walnut Hummus Bites
2 containers hummus 8-ounce
1 jar marinated quartered artichoke hearts drained and coarsely chopped, 12-ounce
1 cup chopped walnuts
leaves Endiveand bell pepper wedges
Garnish: chopped walnuts
In a medium bowl, combine hummus, chopped artichokes, and walnuts.
Serve with endive leaves and bell pepper wedges. Garnish with walnuts, if desired.
