Artichoke-Walnut Hummus Bites

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 containers hummus 8-ounce

  • 1 jar marinated quartered artichoke hearts drained and coarsely chopped, 12-ounce

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

  • leaves Endiveand bell pepper wedges

  • Garnish: chopped walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, combine hummus, chopped artichokes, and walnuts.

  2. Serve with endive leaves and bell pepper wedges. Garnish with walnuts, if desired.
