Rosemary Roasted Chicken
1 package seasonings for rosemary roasted chicken with potatoes .39 ounce
4 chicken leg quarters
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Summer Vegetable Couscous recipe follows
Preheat oven to 425°F. In a small bowl, place contents of seasoning package. Stir together, and reserve 1 teaspoon seasoning mixture for Summer Vegetable Couscous.
Place chicken on a baking sheet; drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with remain-ing seasoning mixture, salt, and pepper; rub over chicken. Bake for 45 minutes. Spread Summer Vegetable Couscous on a platter. Serve chicken on couscous; drizzle with drippings.
