3 pounds chicken drummettes
2 teaspoons garlic-pepper blend, McCormick®
1 packet (1.0-ounce) ranch dressing mix, Hidden Valley®
3⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
1⁄2 cup butter
1 cup buttermilk ranch salad dressing, Hidden Valley®
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, plus more to taste, Tabasco®
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Sprinkle all sides of drummettes with garlic pepper; set aside.
In a large zip-top bag, combine the dressing mix and the flour; mix well. Add drummettes and shake until coated. Place the butter on a rimmed baking sheet. Place in oven until butter melts and begins to sizzle. Add drummettes to pan and bake for 20 minutes. Turn drummettes and bake for another20 minutes or until golden brown.
Stir together the salad dressing and hot pepper sauce. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
