Mushu Pork Casserole
1 package frozen pepper stir-fry vegetables thawed, Bird’s Eye®, 16-ounce
1 package stir-fry seasoning Kikkoman®, 1-ounce
2 teaspoons water
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups reserved pork from One-Pot Pork and Rice
2 cans Crescent Recipe Creations Pillsbury®, 8-ounce
2 teaspoons black sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 375˚. Lightly spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add vegetables, stir-fry seasoning, water, and salt. Cook, stirring often, until vegetables are tender. Add pork, and continue cooking until heated through. Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish.
Unroll crescent dough, and cut into 8 equal squares. Place squares onto pepper mixture. Sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until crescent dough is golden.
