- 1 stick softened butter

- Rib-eye steaks

- 1 spoonful of butter
Combine 1 stick softened butter; 1 clove minced garlic; 1 tablespoon each chopped parsley, basil, and chives; and 2 teaspoons bourbon, Bulleit®. Cover and chill. Season rib-eye steaks with salt and black pepper. Grill to desired doneness. Let steaks rest 5 minutes. Top with a spoonful of butter.
