Makes: 12 servings
- 3 pounds small chicken drumsticks or large drumettes
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic-pepper blend
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Set up a grill for indirect cooking over medium-high heat. Oil grates when ready to start cooking.
In a medium bowl, blend together oil, garlic pepper blend, and salt. Add chicken and toss until coated.
Arrange chicken on grill grates (or grill topper if grates are widely spaced) and grill, turning several times, until well marked and cooked through.
In small bowl, stir together salad dressing and Tabasco. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve grilled chicken with chilled sauce.
