5 chicken breasts, cut into 1⁄2-inch cubes
1 cup lemon herb peppercorn marinade, Mrs. Dash®
10 (12-inch) wooden skewers
1 (14-ounce) package white flat bread, Toufayan®
5 tablespoons yogurt dressing with feta cheese, Marie’s®
1 (6-ounce) bag fresh baby spinach
Garnish: lemon wedges, oregano sprigs
Spray cold grill rack with nonstick nonflammable cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350° to 400°). In a large glass bowl, combine chicken and marinade, tossing to coat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Thread chicken evenly onto skewers. Grill, covered with grill lid, for 6 to 8 minutes, or until chicken is done.
Serve skewers on flat bread with yogurt dressing and spinach leaves. Garnish with lemon wedges and oregano sprigs, if desired.
