Makes: 1 cocktail
2 ounces chocolate covered almond toffee
4 ounces strong cooled coffee
1 ounce amaretto
1 ounce Baileys® Coffee Irish Cream Liqueur
Dollop of whipped cream
Place 2 ounces chocolate covered almond toffee in a plastic bag. Using a rolling pin, finely crush the toffee. Moisten the rim of a wine glass with coffee, then dip it in crushed toffee. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine cooled coffee, amaretto, and Baileys® Coffee Irish Cream Liqueur. Shake until cold. Pour into prepared glass. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and more finely crushed toffee.
