Sweet Potato Fries

2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled
1 tablespoon canola oil, Wesson®
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, McCormick®
1 tablespoon low-sodium chili seasoning, McCormick®
Dipping sauces (such as fat-free mayonnaise, fat-free sour cream, and/or reduced-sodium ketchup) (optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil; set aside.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, then cut into 1⁄2-inch-thick fries. In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, oil, pumpkin pie spice, and chili seasoning. Toss until potatoes are thoroughly coated. Spread fries in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
Bake fries in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, turning once to ensure even cooking. Serve with dipping sauces (optional).
