Shrimp "Ceviche"

Start to Finish: 15 minutes

  •  8 ounces cooked peeled and deveined bay or other small shrimp

  •  1⁄2 cup refrigerated pico de gallo salsa

  •  2 tablespoons lime juice, ReaLime®

  •  2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro

  •  1 avocado, diced

  •   Salt

  •   Ground black pepper




In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, salsa, lime juice, and cilantro. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.

Add avocado; toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
