Pretty Pasta Salad



  • 1  tablespoon lemon juice, Minute Maid®

  • 1⁄2  cup oil and vinegar salad dressing, Newman’s Own®

  • 1⁄3  cup fresh herbs (basil, oregano, thyme), finely chopped


  • 1  box (16-ounce) tri-color rotini pasta

  • 1  jar (12-ounce) roasted red or yellow peppers, cut into 1-inch strips, Delallo®

  • 1⁄4  red onion, slivered and soaked in cold water

  • 1  (8 ounce) package haricots verts (cooked French green beans)

  • 4  ounces feta cheese, crumbled

  • Edible flowers for garnish




For dressing, place all dressing ingredients in a jar. Close lid tightly and shake until blended.

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; place warm pasta in a large bowl. Add dressing to warm pasta; toss to coat. Add remaining salad ingredients; gently toss to combine. Serve warm, cold, or at room temperature. Garnish with edible flowers.
