Grand Slam Popcorn
10 cups popped popcorn
1 pound white chocolate chips
2 cups roasted pistachios
2 cups pepitas (hulled pumpkin seeds)
Spread popcorn in a single snug layer on one or more rimmed baking sheets. In a bowl set over (but not in) a pot of hot water, melt white chocolate chips.
Drizzle chocolate over popcorn. Scatter pistachios and pepitas over chocolate. Let cool and harden.
Break up into chunks and place into individual popcorn boxes.
