Makes 5 servings
1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 box (6.2 ounces) long-grain and wild rice mix
1 cup Pictsweet® frozen seasoning blend
1 bag (14 ounces) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 cup shredded Cheddar/jack cheese blend
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 11-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, stir together soup, milk, and melted butter until combined. Stir in rice, frozen seasoning blend, and broccoli. Pour into baking dish, top with cheese, and bake for 40 to 45 minutes to heat through and brown top.
