Barbecue-Roasted Potatoes with Sour Cream Bacon Sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons barbecue seasoning
1 tablespoon bottled crushed garlic
2 teaspoons lemon juice
11 pounds baby white potatoes quartered
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons cooked bacon crumbled and crisp
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dried chives
1 teaspoon hot sauce
Preheat grill to medium. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, barbecue seasoning, garlic, and lemon juice and mix well to combine. Add potatoes and toss to coat. Wrap potatoes in a double layer of foil and seal. Grill for 20 to 25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, stir together sour cream, bacon, Worcestershire, chives, and hot sauce. To serve, either mix sauce with the roasted potatoes or serve on the side.
