2 jars medium tomatillo salsa 16-ounce
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 avocados peeled, pitted, and chopped, divided
In a large bowl, stir together salsa, sour cream, salt, and half of avocado. Spoon into a serving dish. Top with remaining half of avocado, and serve with assorted vegetables.
