6 peaches, halved
1/2 cup amaretto
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
Place halved peaches in a resealable plastic bag. Stir together amaretto; tablespoons orange juice concentrate; and cloves. Pour into bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 4 hours. Grill peaches over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes. Cool slightly. Fill with a mixture of softened mascarpone and slivered almonds. Top with additional toasted almonds.
