Western Meat Loaf Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package prepared meat loaf 17 ounces

  • 2 tablespoons tartar sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon Heinz® chili sauce

  • 4 onion rolls split

  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce

  • 1 tomato sliced

  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese

  • 1⁄3 cup French fried onions

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat meat loaf in microwave according to package directions, about 4 minutes. Remove from package, slice thinly and set aside. In a small bowl, stir together tartar sauce, mustard, and chili sauce.

  2. Spread sauce on bottom half of onion rolls. Place lettuce and tomato slices on each. Top with a meat loaf and pepper jack slice and fried onions. Close up sandwiches and serve while meat loaf is still warm.
