  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 3⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1⁄2 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 16 Bibb lettuce leaves
  • Garnish: fresh mint, sweet chili sauce, lime wedges
1. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add turkey; cook 7 to 9 minutes, or until browned and crumbly. Remove from heat. 2. Stir in garlic salt, green onion, and 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce. 3. Evenly arrange turkey mixture and carrots on lettuce leaves. Garnish with mint, sweet chili sauce, and lime wedges, if desired.
