Chicken & Olives
Ingredients
Makes: 6 servings
- 4 pounds meaty chicken pieces, skin removed 
- 1 tablespoon Montreal chicken seasoning -McCormick Grill Mates 
- 1 1/2 cups frozen chopped onions 
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 
- 1 cup dry red wine 
- 1 jar (8 ounce) Roasted Bell Peppers , patted dry and sliced lengthwise 
- 1 cup olive bruschetta topping 
- 2 teaspoons fennel seed 
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley 
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 
Directions
Season chicken with chicken seasoning and place in a 5-quart slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients, except parsley and Parmesan, and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours.
Serve hot garnished with parsley and parmesan.
