Spicy Mustard and Honey-Glazed Ham
1 fully cooked spiral-cut ham 10-pound
1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar Domino®
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 cup spicy brown mustard Gulden’s®
Garnish: fresh parsley sprigs
Preheat oven to 325°. Reserve glaze packet from ham for another use, or discard.
In a large roasting pan, place ham, cut side down, and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour.
In a small bowl, combine sugar, honey, and mustard. Remove foil from ham, and bake 40 minutes longer, or until thoroughly heated, basting occasionally with mustard mixture. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
