To make Easter Egg Cake Pops, crumble a baked cake into a bowl, then stir in half of a can of frosting. Form mixture into egg shapes. Insert a cookie stick into each egg. Melt 1 package white candy melts with 2 tablespoons shortening. Dip each egg into mixture. Roll in decorative sugars. Insert into a block of Styrofoam® to allow to set. Place in decorative basket and cover with iridescent grass.
