1 cup precooked rosemary potatoes, Reser’s®
1 cup cubed ham, Farmland®
1 cup shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese blend, Kraft®
11⁄2 cups milk
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt-free all-purpose seasoning, McCormick®
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. Arrange potatoes, ham, and cheese in bottom of pie plate; set aside.
In a medium bowl, stir together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and seasoning. Pour into pie plate.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until eggs set. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
