S'mores Sundae Pie
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk 5 oz
1/2 stick butter melted
1/4 cup Baileys® Irish Cream
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 graham cracker pie crust store-bought
2 cups mini marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Beat eggs and sugar until combined. Beat in evaporated milk, butter, Baileys® Irish Cream, and unsweetened cocoa powder.
Set the graham cracker pie crust on a sheet pan and fill with the mixture. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Mound mini marshmallows in the center and bake until marshmallows spread and become golden (5-10 minutes more).
