S'mores Sundae Pie


  • 4 eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar

  • 1 can evaporated milk 5 oz

  • 1/2 stick butter melted

  • 1/4 cup Baileys® Irish Cream

  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 graham cracker pie crust store-bought

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Beat eggs and sugar until combined. Beat in evaporated milk, butter, Baileys® Irish Cream, and unsweetened cocoa powder.

  3. Set the graham cracker pie crust on a sheet pan and fill with the mixture. Bake for 40-45 minutes.

  4. Mound mini marshmallows in the center and bake until marshmallows spread and become golden (5-10 minutes more).

  5. Serve warm.
