36 marshmallows large
1 container (16-ounces) dark chocolate frosting
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate mini morsels
36 Lollipop sticks or frozen pop sticks
Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Insert lollipop stick into one end of each marshmallow.
Microwave frosting for 30 seconds or just until frosting feels warm to touch. Dip 1 marshmallow at a time into frosting, allowing excess to drip off.
Dip bottom of marshmallow (the end without the stick) and one side of the marshmallow into graham cracker crumbs. Dip opposite side of marshmallow into mini morsels.
Stand, flat ends down, on prepared cookie sheet. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1 hour.
