Nonstick vegetable cooking spray, Pam®
1⁄4 cup red raspberry jam, Smucker’s®
1 package (10-ounce) dark chocolate chips, Nestlé®
1 package (12-ounce) white baking chips, Nestlé®
2 ounces semisweet bar chocolate, chopped, Nestlé®
Raspberry dessert topping, Smucker’s® Plate Scapers®
Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Place jam in a small microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high setting (100 percent power) for 45 seconds. Place dark chocolate chips in a medium microwave-safe bowl; microwave on medium setting (50 percent power) about 3 minutes or until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds. Quickly stir in heated jam, stirring until smooth. Immediately spread a thin, even layer of the chocolate-jam mixture in bottom of prepared baking pan. Chill about 1 hour or until firm.
Microwave white baking chips on medium setting (50 percent power) in a microwave-safe bowl for about 2 minutes or until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds. Spread a thin layer of the white mixture over dark chocolate in pan. Sprinkle chopped chocolate bar over white mixture. Drizzle dessert topping over top in desired pattern. Chill about 2 hours or until set. Lift foil from pan and break bark into pieces.
