On wax paper, place two candy canes beside each other to make a heart shape. Place a white lollipop stick between the canes, so it extends halfway beyond the bottom of the shape. Melt Wilton White Candy Melts®, pour inside the canes, and spread to fill the heart. Embellish with heart-shaped sprinkles. Allow to dry. Serve in a vase of Sixlet candies.
