Glazed Chai Twists

  • 11⁄2 teaspoons ground cardamom, divided

  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar, Domino®

  • 3⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1⁄8 teaspoon ground cloves

  • 2 (11-ounce) cans refrigerated breadstick dough

  • 2 cups confectioners’ sugar, Domino®

  • 4 to 6 tablespoons orange juice




Preheat oven to 375°. In a small bowl, stir together 11⁄4 teaspoons cardamom, granulated sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.

Unroll dough; separate into strips. Sprinkle with sugar mixture. Twist each strip and place on an ungreased baking sheet, firmly pressing down ends. Bake for 10 to 13 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from baking sheet and cool completely on a wire rack (about 30 minutes).

In a small bowl, stir together confectioners’ sugar, orange juice, and remaining 1⁄4 teaspoon cardamom until smooth; drizzle over twists.
