Confetti Ice Cream

Ingredients

Makes: 24 servings

• 3 quarts vanilla ice cream

• 1 packet (1.5 ounces) blue Wilton. Colorburst Batter Bits

• 1 packet (1.5 ounces) green Wilton. Colorburst Batter Bits

Directions

Soften ice cream in microwave for 10 seconds.

Scoop ice cream into bowl of a stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Add the blue and green Batter Bits. Quickly combine, taking care not to let it get too soft or pulverized.

Pack into a freezable serving vessel or back into original containers, pressing out air bubbles. Cover with plastic and refreeze.
