1 package sugar cookie dough mix 17.5 ounces
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon flour
1/3 cup butter at room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
30 white- and milk-chocolate kisses
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, stir together cookie mix, cocoa powder, four, butter, and egg. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on prepared pans. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until done but still soft.
Let cool on pan for 5 to 10 minutes, then dust evenly with powdered sugar. Press 1 kiss in center of each cookie. Cool completely on pans.
