Nonstick vegetable cooking spray, Pam®
2 bars (4 ounces each) semisweet baking chocolate, chopped, Ghirardelli®
2⁄3 cup sweetened condensed milk, Eagle Brand®
16 individual caramel candies, unwrapped, Kraft®
1 cup lightly salted mixed nuts, Planters®
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine chopped chocolate and sweetened condensed milk; microwave on medium setting (50 percent power) for 2 1⁄2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Add caramel candies to chocolate mixture; stir until melted. If not completely melted, microwave on medium setting (50 percent power) for 30-second intervals until melted. Stir in nuts.
Drop by heaping tablespoons onto prepared baking sheet. Chill about 1 hour or until set.
