Pear and Amaretto Bellinis

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup chilled pear nectar

  • 1/2 cup amaretto liqueur

  • 2 bottles chilled Stella di Notte Prosecco 750 mL each

  • Sugared pear slices for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pour nectar through a fine-mesh sieve into a small bowl (discard pulp). Stir in amaretto.

  2. Spoon 2 tablespoons pear mixture into each of 12 stemmed glasses. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with sugared pear slices. Serve immediately.

RECIPE NOTES

TIP: To make sugared pear slices, cut the narrow end of a pear crosswise into thin rounds and cut rounds in half. Dip slices into granulated sugar, shaking of excess. Cut a small notch in slice.
