Pear and Amaretto Bellinis
1 cup chilled pear nectar
1/2 cup amaretto liqueur
2 bottles chilled Stella di Notte Prosecco 750 mL each
Sugared pear slices for garnish
Pour nectar through a fine-mesh sieve into a small bowl (discard pulp). Stir in amaretto.
Spoon 2 tablespoons pear mixture into each of 12 stemmed glasses. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with sugared pear slices. Serve immediately.
TIP: To make sugared pear slices, cut the narrow end of a pear crosswise into thin rounds and cut rounds in half. Dip slices into granulated sugar, shaking of excess. Cut a small notch in slice.
