2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves
2 teaspoons honey
4 fresh grapefruit slices, halved

In bowl, combine the grapefruit juice, mint, and honey. Pour into 13×9-inch glass pan. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
