1 ounce amaretto
1 ounce Smirnoff® Vanilla Vodka
3 ounces chilled ginger beer
1/2 teaspoon molasses
Gingersnap cookie mix of your choice
1/2 cup cream cheese frosting
2 tablespoons butter
In an old-fashioned glass, combine amaretto, vodka, ginger beer, and molasses. Stir. Add ice. Place gingersnap cookie on edge of glass.
Prepare cookies as directed. Before baking, cut a 1⁄4-inch-wide slit from the edge to the center of half of the cookies (to use as embellishment). Bake others as directed.
To ice, cook butter over medium-low heat until it turns brown and mix with frosting. Cool completely.
Drizzle embellishments with icing.
