Cinnamon & Spice Milk Punch
1 gallon Vanilla ice cream softened
1 cup Bulleit® bourbon divided
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Extra ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks for garnish
Working in 2 batches, combine half of ice cream, bourbon, vanilla, and ground cinnamon in a blender. Process until smooth and pour into punch bowl. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Garnish with more ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks.
