Blitzed Burgers


  • 4 boneless chicken breasts

  • olive oil

  • hot sauce

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • buns

  • avocado puree

  • blue cheese dressing

  • salt


  1. Flatten 4 boneless chicken breasts between 2  pieces of waxed paper. 

  2. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and cut each into 4 equal pieces. 

  3. Make a marinade of 1 cup hot sauce and ½ cup melted butter; set aside ¼ of the sauce for basting.

  4. Add chicken to bowl and coat all sides with marinade; cover and let stand 30 minutes. 

  5. Grill over medium-high heat until golden brown on both sides.

  6. Brush with reserved sauce and serve in buns with avocado puree and bottled blue cheese dressing
