4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup melted butter
blue cheese dressing
Flatten 4 boneless chicken breasts between 2 pieces of waxed paper.
Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and cut each into 4 equal pieces.
Make a marinade of 1 cup hot sauce and ½ cup melted butter; set aside ¼ of the sauce for basting.
Add chicken to bowl and coat all sides with marinade; cover and let stand 30 minutes.
Grill over medium-high heat until golden brown on both sides.
Brush with reserved sauce and serve in buns with avocado puree and bottled blue cheese dressing
