For a bracing spring pick-me-up, in a large beverage dispenser, combine 2 chilled bottles (750 ml each) of a Sauvignon Blanc, such as The Lost Slipper, 2 chilled bottles (1 liter each) of raspberry seltzer, and 1 bottle (750 ml) Smirnof. Sorbet Light™ Raspberry Pomegranate Vodka. Mix well. Add 1 pint of fresh raspberries and 1 English cucumber, sliced. Serve cocktails in martini glasses with 2 or 3 fresh raspberries. Makes 40 drinks.

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice chilled
  • 1/4 cup lemonade concentrate thawed
  • 1 bottle prosecco Stellina di Notte®, chilled (750-ml)
  • 2 cans ginger ale 12 ounces each
  • Raspberry sorbet

  • 1/2 cup raspberry flavored vodka Smirnoff® Sorbet Light Raspberry Pomegranate
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice chilled
  • 1/4 cup lemonade concentrate thawed
  • 1 bottle prosecco Stellina di Notte®, chilled (750-ml)
  • 2 cans ginger ale 12 ounces each
  • Raspberry sorbet
Instructions
  1. In a serving pitcher, combine raspberry-flavored vodka, pomegranate juice, and lemonade concentrate. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. When ready to serve, add prosecco and ginger ale. Stir gently. Place a small scoop of raspberry sorbet in each of 8 wine glasses. Top with prosecco mixture.
