4 pounds pork spareribs, cut into single-rib portions
1 bottle (20-ounce) hoisin sauce, Lee Kum Kee®
½ cup apricot preserves, Smucker¬s®
3 scallions (green onions), chopped
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds, Sun Luck®
2 tablespoons Szechuan seasoning, McCormick®
1 tablespoon bottled chopped ginger, Christopher Ranch®
Place ribs in a 5-quart slow cooker.
In a medium bowl, combine hoisin sauce, preserves, scallions, sesame seeds, Szechuan seasoning, and ginger. Pour sauce over ribs, stirring to coat evenly.
Cover and cook on LOW heat setting for 6 to 8 hours.
