4 pounds meaty chicken pieces, skin removed
1 tablespoon Montreal chicken seasoning -McCormick Grill Mates
1 1/2 cups frozen chopped onions
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 cup dry red wine
1 jar (8 ounce) Roasted Bell Peppers , patted dry and sliced lengthwise
1 cup olive bruschetta topping
2 teaspoons fennel seed
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Season chicken with chicken seasoning and place in a 5-quart slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients, except parsley and Parmesan, and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours.
Serve hot garnished with parsley and parmesan.
