Ingredients

Makes: 6 servings
  • 4 pounds meaty chicken pieces, skin removed

  • 1 tablespoon Montreal chicken seasoning -McCormick Grill Mates

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen chopped onions

  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic

  • 1 cup dry red wine

  • 1 jar (8 ounce) Roasted Bell Peppers , patted dry and sliced lengthwise

  • 1 cup olive bruschetta topping

  • 2 teaspoons fennel seed

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Season chicken with chicken seasoning and place in a 5-quart slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients, except parsley and Parmesan, and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours.

  2. Serve hot garnished with parsley and parmesan.
