3 bottles (12 ounces each) dark beer
1 jar (25-ounce) sauerkraut, Bubbies®
6 sesame brat buns or hot dog buns
Dijon mustard or yellow mustard, French’s®
Pour beer into a large pot and heat over medium heat. Place brats and sauerkraut in beer. Simmer for 10 minutes. With tongs, remove brats from beer and place 1 in each bun. Using a slotted spoon, spoon sauerkraut over brats. Drizzle mustard on top.
