Toasted Marshmallow Milk Shake

  • 4 cups Vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • Garnish: large toasted marshmallow

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°. Line a baking pan with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place marshmallows on prepared pan. Bake for 4 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes. Bake for 4 minutes longer. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  3. In the container of a blender, combine toasted marshmallows, ice cream, and milk; process until smooth. Garnish with a toasted marshmallow, if desired. Serve immediately.
