Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix Jell-O®, 5.9-ounce
  • 3 cups cold whole milk
  • 1 container frozen nondairy whipped topping thawed, Cool Whip®, 16-ounce
  • 1/4 teaspoon strawberry extract
  • Garnish with chocolate-dipped cherries and strawberries

  • 3 cups cold whole milk
  • 1 container frozen nondairy whipped topping thawed, Cool Whip®, 16-ounce
  • 1/4 teaspoon strawberry extract
  • Garnish with chocolate-dipped cherries and strawberries
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix and 3 cups milk according to package directions. Fold in 2 cups whipped topping and extract. Spoon into 6 (8-ounce) ramekins. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  2. To serve, top mousse evenly with remaining whipped topping and desired chocolate-dipped fruits.
