Bloody Mary
Nothing is better for brunch than a Bloody Mary made with tomato juice and spicy seasoning, but this summer use a grilled shrimp and tomato as garnish to make it an even more tempting warm weather cocktail.
Nothing is better for brunch than a Bloody Mary made with tomato juice and spicy seasoning, but this summer use a grilled shrimp and tomato as garnish to make it an even more tempting warm weather cocktail.
Ingredients
6 cups tomato juice
1 1⁄2 cups vodka, Smirnoff®
1⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish, or to taste
1 tablespoon seafood seasoning, Old Bay®
Seafood seasoning, Old Bay® (optional)
Garnish: ground black pepper, lemon wedges, celery stalks, olives, marinated green beans, cherry tomatoes, and grilled shrimp
Directions
In a pitcher, stir together tomato juice, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, and 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning.
If desired, on a medium plate or saucer, sprinkle enough seafood seasoning to cover bottom of plate. Moisten edges of serving glasses with a lemon wedge. Dip rims of glasses into seafood seasoning.
Serve tomato mixture over ice. Garnish with black pepper, lemon wedges, celery stalks, olives, marinated green beans, cherry tomatoes, and grilled shrimp.
