Strawberry Spritz

A special someone deserves a special drink, and a special drink needs a special XXL strawberry ice cube. To make some, clean, hull, and slice strawberries and place a few in the bottom of a paper cup (find at BirthdayExpress.com, along with more ideas). Add water till strawberries are covered. Freeze until solid, then peel away the cup. (The mini, heart-shaped cubes can be made using specialty cube trays.)

For this refreshing strawberry cocktail, in a large pitcher, combine 1⁄4 cup sugar and 1 bottle (750 ml) Butterfly Kiss Rosé. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add strawberries and cover and chill for 3 hours. Stir in 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Strain into 6 ice-filled glasses. Top with sparkling water and serve immediately. Makes 6 cocktails.
