Sparkling Oranges

Makes 11 cocktails

• 1 1⁄4 cups Captain Morgan® Original Spiced Rum

• 3 cups orange juice

• 4 dashes Stirrings® Blood Orange Bitters

• 1 bottle (750ml) Stellina di Notte® Prosecco

• Quartered orange slices, for garnish

In a pitcher, combine rum, orange juice, and bitters. Pour into champagne flutes, filling each about halfway. Top each with Prosecco and garnish with an orange slice.
