Shamrock Shooter

Ingredients

Makes: 1 drink

• 1 bottle Pale Ale (12 ounces)

• Fresh lime juice

• 1-2 drops green food coloring

• Lime wedge, for garnish

Directions

Pour a chilled bottle (12-ounce) pale ale into a tall glass. Squeeze in fresh lime juice, then add a drop or two of green food coloring. Stir and garnish with a lime wedge. (The “Lucky You” labels were created on a computer, printed on plain paper, and attached with shamrock stickers.)
